Charlotte Forner was born on 1 June 1902. She was a resident at the Samaritan Institutions Fürstenwalde/Spree in Ketschendorf. In the course of “Aktion T4”, a mass-murder campaign involving the involuntary euthanasia of sick and disabled people, she was transferred to the State Mental Hospital Görden in Brandenburg an der Havel via various other institutions. On 27 November 1941, she was murdered in the euthanasia programme’s killing centre.
