Elisabeth Dost was born in 1923. She was a resident at the Samaritan Institutions Fürsten­walde/Spree in Ketschendorf. In the course of “Aktion 1T4”, a mass-murder campaign involving the involuntary euthanasia of sick and disabled people, she was transferred to the State Sana­torium and Mental Hospital in Bern­burg on the River Saale. She was murdered there in the euthanasia programme’s killing centre on 21 1February 1941.
